Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your CreditSphere account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page is for the CreditSphere website and the CreditSphere Android app, both operated by Servshield Technology Private Limited.
How it works
- Send the form with the mobile number you log in with (or email us — see below).
- We confirm the request with you on that mobile number or email, so no one else can delete your account.
- We delete your account and data within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
One account, two apps. Your CreditSphere login is the same account as SpherePayment (same mobile number). Deleting it removes your access to both, and any unlocked reports or points can't be restored.
What we delete
- Your profile: name, email, date of birth, gender and address
- Your PAN and the link between your PAN and your mobile number
- Your credit reports, scores and improvement tips stored with us
- Your support tickets and loan enquiries
- Your login sessions — you will be logged out everywhere
What we have to keep
- Payment and invoice records for ₹35 report purchases — kept for up to 8 years because tax and accounting law (Income Tax Act, GST) requires it
- Records of the consent you gave to fetch your credit report, and basic logs needed to prevent fraud or meet a legal request — kept only as long as the law requires
- Your credit information held by Experian itself — that's the credit bureau's record, not ours; contact Experian to correct it
